Free Shipping

Ignition hair offers free shipping for every domestic order with a total order amount above $ 149. Orders will be shipped out with a signature requirement. No exceptions.
For international shipping contact us for choice of courier and shipping charges.

Time to delivery

All same day orders placed before 5 PM, will be processed the following business day. Special order or customized products will take 10 -15 business days in case items need to be handmade or custom colored and or styled.
For shipping in the US, we offer Priority service, 3 – 5 Business Day shipping. Please be aware any custom or special orders can take up to 10-15 days for product to be handmade and manufactured.
All verified orders ship within 3 business days or sooner. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.

Use of courier

At ignition hair we understand you need to receive your hair as quickly as possible, therefor we only select the most reliable couriers, and we evaluate their performance on timely delivery and complaint handling regularly. Despite this process, delay is possible. We appreciate your understanding we cannot influence if delays or damages occur when the parcel is in the hands of USPS or FEDEX. This is 100% out of our company’s control. But do not hesitate one moment to contact us to work this out, together.

Return & Exchange

I launched Ignition Hair because you deserve the best quality of affordable hair. When you are happy with the hair, I know my mission has been accomplished.

There is a 100% no questions asked return policy of 30 days after the date of purchase when, despite our quality controls, you received the incorrect length, texture or color.

Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you. You are free to select the method of shipping for the return shipment, but we always recommend asking for a tracking number. We refund the shipping charges only.
